Calla AI provides an inbound-only AI receptionist that can handle multiple calls simultaneously, record and summarize conversations, and integrate with your booking workflow. By using our website or Service you agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

  • Practice/account information (name, phone, address, billing details)
  • Scripts and FAQs you upload for call handling
  • Call metadata, recordings, transcripts and AI summaries
  • Basic usage data (IP, browser type, device, portal activity)

How We Use Information

  • To operate and improve the Service and AI models within each client account
  • To create and display recordings and summaries to authorized users
  • For billing, support and security purposes
  • To comply with legal obligations (e.g., HIPAA and data retention laws)

HIPAA and BAA

Calla AI operates under HIPAA-aligned standards and will execute Business Associate Agreements upon request from covered entities or business associates. We process Protected Health Information (PHI) only as allowed by those agreements and applicable law.

Retention and Security

Call recordings, transcripts and summaries are retained for six (6) months by default then deleted in the ordinary course of business. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on secure servers located in the United States.

Your Rights

Users may request access to or deletion of their data by submitting a written request through our contact page. Calla AI does not sell personal information for marketing purposes and will not discriminate against users who exercise privacy rights.

Terms of Use

1. Service Description

Calla AI provides an AI receptionist for inbound calls only. It can handle multiple calls at once and generate recordings and summaries for authorized users. Outbound calling and insurance verification are not included.

2. Setup and Changes

Typical setup time is three (3) business days after receiving scripts and configuration. Large-scale or custom integrations may require additional time or fees with written notice.

3. Pricing and Modification

The current subscription plan is advertised at $99 per month with no setup fees. All pricing and offers are subject to change at any time without notice. Updated pricing appears on the official website or order form and supersedes previous quotes.

4. Billing and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
  • Taxes and payment processing fees may apply.
  • Non-payment may result in temporary suspension.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate scripts and review before launch.
  • Obtain all required call-recording and communication consents in your state.
  • Comply with federal and state laws (TCPA, two-party consent, etc.).
  • Use the Service lawfully and secure any PHI you export from the portal.

6. Intellectual Property & License

All software, AI models and documentation are owned by Calla AI. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service while subscribed. Reverse engineering or resale is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” CALLA AI MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association in California. Class actions and jury trials are waived. You may opt out within 30 days by submitting a written request through our contact form.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. The Service is intended for use within the United States.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or policy violations. Sections on data retention, fees owed, and dispute resolution survive termination.

11. Updates

We may update these Policies and Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting here. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
