Calla AI operates under HIPAA-aligned standards and will execute Business Associate Agreements upon request from covered entities or business associates. We process Protected Health Information (PHI) only as allowed by those agreements and applicable law.
Call recordings, transcripts and summaries are retained for six (6) months by default then deleted in the ordinary course of business. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on secure servers located in the United States.
Users may request access to or deletion of their data by submitting a written request through our contact page. Calla AI does not sell personal information for marketing purposes and will not discriminate against users who exercise privacy rights.
Calla AI provides an AI receptionist for inbound calls only. It can handle multiple calls at once and generate recordings and summaries for authorized users. Outbound calling and insurance verification are not included.
Typical setup time is three (3) business days after receiving scripts and configuration. Large-scale or custom integrations may require additional time or fees with written notice.
The current subscription plan is advertised at $99 per month with no setup fees. All pricing and offers are subject to change at any time without notice. Updated pricing appears on the official website or order form and supersedes previous quotes.
All software, AI models and documentation are owned by Calla AI. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service while subscribed. Reverse engineering or resale is prohibited.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” CALLA AI MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association in California. Class actions and jury trials are waived. You may opt out within 30 days by submitting a written request through our contact form.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. The Service is intended for use within the United States.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or policy violations. Sections on data retention, fees owed, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We may update these Policies and Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting here. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
